Curriculum vitae and personal notes:

1985 - entered Moscow Institute of Physics & Technology department of Problems of Physics and Energetic.
1991 - graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics & Technology, M.S. in Applied Mathematics and Physics
1991 - till now Research Assotiate fellow at General Physics Institute RAS in the Surface Phenomena Lab.

Finally, I am going to get Ph.D. degree and
preparing dissertation "Local structure determination in reaction of surface chlorination"

Research Notes:

My research field is surface science and the main interests are focused on the following topics:

  • Adsorption study of chlorine on silver, copper, silicon.
  • Structure and properties of chemisorbed halogen and halide phases on metals (Cu and Ag) and semiconductors(Si).

The experimental techniques used in these studies are:
Scanning Tunneling Microscopy (STM),  Auger Electron Spectroscopy (AES), Surface Extended Energy Loss Fine Structure (SEELFS), X-ray Photoelectron Diffraction (XPD), Low-Energy Electron Diffraction (LEED), Low-Energy Ion Scattering (LEIS).
