Education & previous work experience

October 2000-current:own Internet related business.
1998-2001: PhD student at Surface Phenomena Laboratory, webmaster of List.RU project.
1992 - 1998: student of Moscow Institute of Physics & Technology, department of Physical & Quantum Electronics. The thesis theme: "Investigation of single-wall carbon nanotubes by means of STM & STS" (1998). Diploma with excellence.
Employment during those years includes: working as a supernumerary translator in the "Сети и системы связи" ("Networking and communication systems") journal. Marketing manager in the merchandise company. Some construction work experience.
1981 - 1991: general school.
1981 - 1988: music school.

Scientific Interests

STM, STS, Nanotechnology, spin-polarized STM and related technics.


Computers: Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, Perl, UML..
Design: Photoshop, Freehand, Wacom
Music: Different styles of jazz, classic, rock, electronic music. Playing guitar, piano.
Sport: Jogging, swimming (2,5 years karate kyokushinkai experience in the past).
Languages: English (Cambridge CPE), Deutsch (basic), French (basic), Russian (native).
