Education:

In 1988 obtained Ph. D. in Physics (Candidate of Science).
 In 1979 graduated from Moscow State University, Physics faculty, M.S. in Physics.
 1973-1979: studied in Moscow State University, Physics faculty.

Career/Employment:

 1992 - till present: Russian Academy of sciences, General Physics Institute.
  Senior research associate.
 1988-1992: USSR Academy of sciences, General Physics Institute.
  Research associate.
 1983-1988: USSR Academy of sciences, General Physics Institute (former:
 P.N.Lebedev Physics Institute). Junior research associate.
 1979-1983: USSR Academy of Science, P.N.Lebedev Physics Institute, Moscow.
Postgraduate Trainee, Junior research associate.

Specialization:

 -main field: Surface science, Scanning tunneling microscopy.
 -other fields: Quantum electronics, CO2-lasers.
 -current research interest: STM study of adsorption and initial chemical reaction on metals surface.

 Prize of Ministers Council of the USSR in field of Quantum electronics (1989).
